The Church is situated in the centre of Barry close to the Civic Centre of the Vale of Glamorgan, which is on the South Wales coast. 

The postal address is Salem Baptist Church, Beryl Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan CF62 8DN. 

Salem is in membership of the South Wales Baptist Association and the Baptist Union of Great Britain and Ireland.

A warm welcome is extended to all visitors from near or far, come and chat with coffee or tea after each service. 

A crèche is available for pre-Young Church children.  All Young Church leaders are DBS checked.

****Special Notice - for Sunday 15th June our Service will be held as 3p.m. as all the local roads will be closed from 9a.m. until 2p.m. for the Barry 10K run. ****

Services are held each Sunday at 11a.m. - All are welcome

There is still some work to do to complete the renovations, modernization and decoration of the church buildings but great progress has been made.  We still need to purchase sliding / folding doors for the church interior entrance, new seating and decorate the exterior of the buildings.  2025 marks 135 years since the first church building was erected on the Beryl Road site.  We want to remain an active part of the community
